- WILL PRICES GO UP?
- Yes, prices will go up on August 15th so get em while they are cheap!
- WHEN DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE?
- Everyone needs to be off the venue grounds by Sunday at 4pm.
- CAN I VOLUNTEER AND GET IN FREE?
- We have very limited volunteer positions. If you would like to volunteer please reach out by email to Jade at [email protected] or Justin at [email protected]
- WHERE AND WHEN WILL THE SHUTTLE PICK UP?
- The shuttle will pick up in the football stadium parking lot and go directly to the venue. It will run as often as possible starting at 6pm on Saturday. If you have waited more than 30 minutes for a ride then hit us up at (check back when it gets closer).
- We will also post the phone number of the shuttle driver the night of so those who need a ride can reach out. The shuttle will be free to ride but tips are encouraged. Don't hang the people keeping you safe out to dry!
- WILL THERE BE SECURITY?
- Yes!!! Security will be there to ensure the safety of the guests. They will search your possessions for weapons when you arrive. Please do not bring weapons of any kind! The security team will confiscate your item if it can be considered a weapon and you may not be able to retrieve it. Leave them at home. You may bring a small kitchen knife to cook with. No glass bottles allowed.
- HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CAMPSITE IS MINE?
- Campsites are first come first serve. VIP may start arriving at 4pm on Friday. GA may start arriving at noon on Saturday. Remember to share your space when things start getting crowded. After all, meeting new people is half the fun!
- IF IT RAINS, DOES THAT MEAN THE EVENT IS CANCELED?
- Depends. If the storm is a big one then we will postpone the event to another date. If it’s just sprinkles then the party goes on. If lightning is spotted in the area during the event we will shutdown the stage until 20 minutes have passed with no lightning. The event is outdoors but in case of an emergency there is some shelter.
- WILL THERE BE EMERGENCY SERVICES?
- We always hope they stay bored all night but an EMS team will be on standby at the event just in case someone needs help. The city hospital is only about 3.5 miles away from the venue.
- FOOD & DRINK?
- We will have vendors onsite for food and beverages. You may also bring your own food and drinks. Coolers will be inspected for weapons and glass bottles. No glass bottles allowed.
- RE-ENTRY?
- For the safety of guests there will be no re-entry. You will have access to your cars but will need to go through security again after you go to the parking lot. For the safety of the guests the gates will close at 2am on Saturday and no one will be allowed in or out until 7am (unless it's an emergency).
- CAR CAMPING?
- Campers will have access to their cars which will be close by but your car won't be directly next to your site. Don't worry though the venue is only 8 acres so you won't be far.
- WILL THERE BE PLACES TO SIT?
- There will be very limited seating so bring your camping chairs and wear comfortable shoes.
- CAN I BRING MY PET?
- Pets are not allowed unless it is a registered service animal and must be kept on a leash at all times. The venue is not safe for animals to run loose as it is close to a highway.
- IS THERE A BAG POLICY?
- All bags are subject to search.
- HOW DO I PAY FOR THINGS?
- Entry Fee– Cash, Venmo, Or Cash App. Stop at the ATM before you get to the venue.
- Beer Booth– Cash or Credit Card. Go to the ATM before you get here!
- Food Vendors– Some are only cash, some can charge cards. Plan accordingly.

- From DFW: (about 1.5 hours depending on where you are)
- Take I-20 West. Go past Weatherford about 21 miles and take the exit for Highway 281 and go left at the light (281 South). Go 25 miles and before you get to Stephenville. The venue will be on your left. Look for the signs.
- From Austin: (2.5 hours)
- Take HWY 183 North towards Lampasas, until it turns into HWY 281. Stay on HWY 281 all the way through Stephenville. Just about a mile and a half after the last light (next to Tractor Supply and Atwood’s) you’ll take a right into the venue. Look for the signs.
- From Stephenville: (5-7 minutes)
- Get to 281 and head North. Go past the road that turns towards the cheese plant and the venue will be about 200 yards up on the right. Those who know where the Kappa Sig parties used to be will know exactly where it’s at.
