Event Name: Crop Circle Shindig
Event Date(s): August 23rd- August 25th, 2024
Location: 3900 US HWY 281, Stephenville, TX 76401
Expected Number of Attendees: 500 max (adults 18+)
Operating Hours: August 23rd, 4:00 PM - August 25th, 4:00 PM
Activities: Festival with music performances, fire dancing, and camping on site
Food and Alcohol: Food truck vendors, water station, 3rd party vendor for alcohol or applying for temporary permit, you must be 21 to purchase alcohol, IDs will be checked
Crop Circle Shindig’s team is trained to handle various emergency circumstances.
In the event of a non-medical emergency, your first point of contact should be one of our staff.
We have a plan in place to address whatever situation may arise.
For medical emergency situations, we will have two EMS staff on site located at the EMS tent.
Familiarize yourself with the venue upon your arrival! The EMS tent will be one of the first things you see and there will be maps available.
Do not climb over any fences! That is the boundary of the venue and it is dangerous to cross.
Weapons of any kind will be confiscated by security during check in.
